We request that you contact us at least 24 hours before you need your portable toilet to arrive. This ensures that we can provide you with exactly what you need. For a larger event or job site, more advanced notice is encouraged, but is not required. Typically, we can deliver portable toilets within 24 hours of notice, depending upon availability and our team's workload. However, we schedule deliveries up to 12 months in advance, so it is never too early to make your reservation. If you need an executive restroom trailer, we recommend reserving it 6 to 12 months in advance as they do rent out quickly.

Typically, a portable toilet is cleaned once a week. We offer 2 or 3 times a week cleaning for larger jobsites or events. The portable toilets are fully stocked with supplies, cleaned, and sanitized. The standard fee includes once a week service. We can provide service more frequently if requested.

We will place our portable toilet units wherever you want at your event or job site. However, we do have specifications on where they can be set. Portable toilets generally need to be placed on flat surfaces and in an area that our service trucks will be able to drive in. This way, we can clean the portable toilet. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your placement requests, while still adhering to our standards.

When we deliver a portable toilet, we generally stake the portable toilet down if we can. However, if a portable toilet becomes tipped over, please contact our office. We will send a service technician out to clean the unit. Additional fees may apply for this service.

Yes, we use a special mix in the colder months to prevent the portable toilets from freezing. A small winterizing fee may apply.
